What we store

• Your study progress and settings are saved only in your browser on your device (local storage). We do not receive them.
• Purchases: payments are processed by PayPal. We receive the payment confirmation, your name (if you give it), email, amount and transaction ID to deliver your activation code and give support.
• Activation: our server records the code, the date of first use and an anonymous device identifier to limit each code to 2 devices.
• Messages you send us (for example via WhatsApp) are used only to answer you.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. The payment buttons load PayPal scripts, which may set their own cookies under PayPal's policy. If we add analytics, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the payment processor (PayPal) and hosting/email providers needed to run the service.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. We process your data under applicable Canadian privacy law (such as PIPEDA). You may contact us to access or correct your information. Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law (LOPDP) also applies to the owner. Write to us at soporte@natupass.com. We keep purchase records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.

The service is intended for adults preparing for a citizenship procedure.
