Independent tool

NatuPass is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by any government agency or by the body that runs the official exam. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that you will pass. Practice questions and explanations are original to NatuPass, based on official topics. Always confirm current requirements and facts at the official source (IRCC · Citizenship test).

Access and payment

The paid access costs CA$19.99 for 60 days from first activation, one payment, no subscription. The activation code works on up to 2 devices. You may buy another access to extend your time; your progress stays on your device.

Refunds

Because access is digital and starts on activation, payments are generally non-refundable once the code is activated. If you have a problem (code not delivered, technical failure), write to us at soporte@natupass.com and we will fix it or refund as appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or share your code or our content commercially. We may disable codes used abusively.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, including the result of any procedure or exam.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
